Working approach

Step 1

Assess & stabilise

Start with a quick system review and a clear plan of action. I prioritise safe states, fault isolation, and restoring stable operation before making changes.

Step 2

Controlled changes

Changes are made in a controlled way with backups, version tracking, and rollback in mind. Scope is kept explicit to avoid side-effects on running production.

Step 3

Test & handover

Functional checks confirm behaviour under real conditions. You receive clear notes on what changed, why, and what to monitor.
